Foods that do not have to be organic

Maybe we have spent too much time thinking about what we eat or because we are bombarded with material that is telling us that organic is best, which is some it is because in organic produced fruit and vegetables there are no pesticides used.

However, this can be true of some non-organic fruits and vegetables. These have been tested for the traces of pesticides and as it turns out there are many fruits and vegetables, which are in fact better by being non organic than the produce that has been carefully grown in an organic way.

Some of the fruits and vegetable that are ok to be non-organic are:

Broccoli

Cabbage

Banana

Kiwi

Asparagus

Sweet peas (frozen)

Mango

Pineapple

Sweet corn (frozen)

Avocado

Onion
