Amazon cuts delivery limit

It is debatable whether Amazon is feeling the strain of the competition or just pilling on the pressure in these difficult times. For some businesses it would seem to be an opportunity to make life difficult for the rest of the industry.

The world famous online book seller used to offer free delivery on orders over fifteen pounds which is good, granted these parcels are net sent out by couriers, but the orders generally get through within a couple of days.

Now Amazon have lowered the free delivery threshold to just five pounds now, this is bound to put pressure on their rivals and in times such as we are experiencing these days, there could be some serious meetings going on inside the other online booker sellers offices.
