Anonymous internet users are finished

Are we looking at the end of the being able to say what we say on the internet without the fear of being tracked down and arrested or worse!

It would seem so and it comes from across the pond where the military are being slightly fed up with having to cope with hackers and spam attacks, so in order to prevent this from happening in the future they have plans to change the way the internet is used and by whom.

Sure being anonymous has its advantages, but already the UK government are planning their black boxes to record all internet activity including emails, so where do our rights come in? Yet we would also blame any government that allowed the internet to be used for acts of terrorism, it is just one of those things. So what about online shopping and banking, how is that going to be affected?

Of course there will always be ways of being anonymous on the internet the same way as it is to be anonymous on the mobile phone networks, but there will be no going back to fancy free days of six or seven years ago.
