Lady dies in shop fall

A grandmother from Battersea, London, died in fall while in a shop that was close to her home. It is believed that the woman become disorientated by the mirrors that were situated around the stair area in Gabriella Sandham’s Lingerie and Swimwear Boutique in Lavender Hill.

The 71 year old fell down the stairs and died at the scene. The shops owners are under investigation having being served with a prohibition notice by Wandsworth Borough Council, this has now been lifted as the shop has carried the instructions in the notice.

But this is still a serious case, after all one person goes out shopping, the minute they are dead! Now that just can’t be right.
