Santa arrives in Worcester

One of the first Santa’s arrived at a store in Worcester, it seems that this type of spectacle is happening earlier each year, and yet as if this was the first time that people have ever seen something like this occur, the streets even though the weather was wet and cold, were still lined with excited children.

Santa and his helpers will now be starting the long run up to Christmas Eve when after, he can then take a well earned rest until next year, although no doubt the whole thing will be starting just a little bit earlier than this year.

In actual fact this is a nice diversion from the world at large, where the news always seems to be gloomy, so a few minutes of escapism may not be a bad thing all!
