Is eBay going to be banned in France?

If there is one business that demonstrates how success can be achieved on the internet then eBay has to be the one, and yet recently there has been a series of high level attacks on the business and this one in France is just another attempt to get eBay to sort its act out.

The French see eBay not as a business but rather as an intermediary acting between both seller and buyer, but in the process are getting away with their responsibilities to the customer, as other commercial websites in the EU have to do.

If the French get their way then eBay are going to have to dramatically change the way that they do business within Europe.
