Customer services the Amazon way

Imagine someone who enters an auction sale on Amazon only to find that the item which happens to be a laptop is no longer available and so proceeded to complain and making even mentioning that the laptops had been taken by their staff etc.

In reply Amazon begin to tear strips off the guy who happened to mention that he wanted to write a novel too, big mistake considering Amazons primary product.

The letter was very carefully put, but gets the point across in way that would make anyone mad enough to go ballistic, but in true blogger manner it has been posted in it entirety on the net and why not!
