What are the super foods?
Everyone needs food to survive but most of us seem to be eating the wrong things for too much of the wrong foods which leads to obesity and generally an unhealthy lifestyle. But there are foods out there that can really make a difference to your body.
Therese are called super foods and they are not some way out foods that no body has heard of, these foods are everyday foods most people already have in their kitchen, like these below:
Walnuts
Cashews
Almonds
Pecans
Blueberries
Strawberries
Blackberries
Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Green Tea
Eggs
Avocados
Tomatoes
Broccoli
Red Cabbage
Eggplant
Spinach
Yogurt
Chocolate
But a mixture is advisable, not just picking out all of the good ones.
