eBay to stop negative feedback
There has been a lot of talk regarding the online auction business eBay and in particular the way that customers leave feedback, the problem is that it has been believed that the feedback may not be as worthwhile as it may initially had seemed. With fraud being one problem and the fact that their customers who feel that they have not been treated right or the product is not as described they can leave negative feedback.
Negative feedback has caused so many problems for both the seller and even the buyer who gives the feedback, with even legal action being taken in some cases.
The new way is to take the form of a forum, where all sides will be equal. So that feedback if you can call it that, can work on the side of the seller and buyer. The feedback system was good, but as with anything like that, it is all open to abuse.
